【Event Announcement】「22nd National Innovation Award」Subsidy Award Selection Event

Dear teachers and colleagues:

The application information for this year's Life Planning Center National Innovation Award (22nd) has been announced, and the application deadline is July 31 (Thursday) (There is only one round of application this year, please seize the opportunity).

The research and development teams of our school and affiliated hospitals can participate in its Academic Research Innovation Award and Clinical Innovation Award, and the spin-off startup companies of our school and affiliated hospitals can participate in the Startup Enterprise Award.

The application period for the on-campus grants is until 17:00 on June 23 (Monday). The Business Development Office will review teams that are interested in participating in the grant selection process, and the selected teams will receive a subsidy of NT$50,000 for the registration fee.

Seven major innovation areas are open for application this year: (1) Smart healthcare and health technology (2) Biopharmaceuticals and precision medicine (3) Innovative medical materials and diagnostic technologies (4) Agricultural and food biotechnology (5) Specialized materials and applied biotechnology (6) Environmental technology and energy applications (7) Innovative epidemic prevention technology

Award categories:
1. Enterprise Innovation Award 2. International Innovation Award 3. Start-up Award 4. Academic Innovation Award 5. Clinical Innovation Award 6. Innovation Incubation Award

The research and development teams of our school and affiliated hospitals can participate in its Academic Research Innovation Award and Clinical Innovation Award, and the spin-off startup companies of our school and affiliated hospitals can participate in the Startup Enterprise Award.

Cost:
Corporate Innovation Award/International Innovation Award: Each case must pay "administrative processing fees, review fees" and "National Innovation Award promotion service sharing fees" totaling NT$150,000.

Startup Award: Each case must pay "administrative processing fees, review fees" and "National Startup Award promotion service sharing fees" totaling NT$100,000.
Academic Research Innovation Award/Clinical Innovation Award/Innovation Incubation Award: Each case is required to pay "administrative processing fee and review fee" totaling NT$50,000.

In order to encourage technical teams within the school to participate in the competition, the Career Development Office will review teams that are interested in participating in the grant selection. The number of places is limited, and teams are welcome to actively participate in the selection.


** Teams interested in participating in the "Registration Fee Subsidy" competition should first complete the following tasks:

2. Prepare the entry documents in full swing

3. Please complete the documents and write to inform us that you would like to participate in this competition before 17:00 on June 23 (Monday), and attach the National Innovation Award competition form (participation consent form, competition plan, *financial statements (entry/start-up enterprise award competition also requires submission)).

*Letter title format: "Participating in the National New Venture Award Registration Fee Subsidy - OOO Award - OOO Team"

4. The Business Division will provide the selection documents to the committee for review and the subsidy selection results will be announced before July 18 (Friday).
